Chalfont Community Library is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a whole week of events, and we’re delighted to be part of the party! Join us for an afternoon celebrating the talent right on our doorstep: local self-published authors from across every genre.

Three panel discussions, each featuring four authors, will explore the craft, courage and joy of bringing a book into the world on your own terms. Hear how these writers found their stories, shaped them, and shared them with readers. Whether you love a gripping thriller, a heartfelt memoir, a fantasy adventure or a book for young readers, there’s something here for you.

I will join the Children’s Panel as a speaker and will also moderate one of the other genre panels, so expect plenty of lively conversation, honest insights and, quite possibly, a few bee-related tangents.

Seating is available for up to 60 guests and entry is completely free, so bring a friend, bring the family, and come meet the authors. Books will be on hand to browse and buy, and the authors will be delighted to chat.
