So the pesky wasps sadly overwhelmed and took over one of my hives. 

Last Saturday The Chalfont Beekeepers had a stand at the Chalfont St Giles Show.  I'm not going to lie, it wasn't a great pitch..

Since Betsie Valentine has been published, so much has happened.  It's been a whirlwind of a time.  I am not complaining! 

Yesterday I was in London visiting my middle son who has been in hospital. 

My wonderful friend and fellow retired photographer, Vaughan Ryall, invited me over to lunch and said he wanted to do a picture of me and Betsie Valentine And The Honey Bees. 

Yesterday I popped in to see my friend Dorothy and her gorgeous daughter Inni who I photographed for images used in Betsie Valentine And The Honey Bees.
